By accessing or using ZinoEx (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Purpose and Scope of the Platform

ZinoEx is a legal-tech platform that provides AI-assisted tools intended to support users in contract-related workflows, including but not limited to: contract drafting, contract review and analysis, document integrity verification, and AI risk assessment. ZinoEx is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not establish a lawyer-client relationship.

2. No Legal Advice

All content, outputs, analyses, and materials generated or made available through ZinoEx are provided for informational and support purposes only. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the Platform and its outputs.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving documents and recommendations before use.
  • Any reliance on outputs generated by the Platform is at your own risk.

4. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

  • Outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.
  • Outputs may not reflect the most recent legal developments or jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • ZinoEx does not guarantee outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

5. AI Risk Assessment Module

The AI Risk Assessment module is a support tool and does not certify compliance, constitute a regulatory or legal assessment, or serve as proof of compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials available on or through the Platform are the property of ZinoEx or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of the information and documents they submit, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZinoEx shall not be liable for damages arising out of use of the Platform, reliance on AI-generated outputs, or inaccuracies in generated content.

8. Availability and Modifications

ZinoEx may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform and may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ZinoEx operates.
